For many summers, the Spokane Tribe’s Two Rivers Casino has greeted loyal guests at the confluence of the Spokane and Columbia Rivers. In that time, the Tribe has seen customers’ recreation needs evolve. Now it’s time for the Two Rivers property to evolve as well.
That’s why the Spokane Tribe will not reopen Two Rivers Casino this summer season. According to Spokane Tribal Council Chair, Carol Evans, “We hope to use the casino facility for another purpose and we have many exciting options and ideas for doing this. But at this time, a seasonal casino doesn’t fit our long-term plans.”
Instead the Spokane Tribe is transitioning the area from a casino-focused experience to a resort facility called Two Rivers Resort. With 660 miles of shoreline at the confluence of the Spokane and Columbia Rivers, it’s an ideal location for recreational growth. Economic development and job creation will continue to be priorities for the overall property.
In the meantime, the resort continues to offer a multitude of recreational opportunities. More than 100 RV and tent sites offer beautiful views of Lake Roosevelt. Two Rivers Resort Marina is the only floating marina on Lake Roosevelt offering boat fuel, snacks, and much more. Rental cabins and houseboats are also available for your summer vacation getaway.
Two Rivers Resort Spoko Fuel is one of four Spoko Fuel gas stations/convenience stores owned and operated by the Spokane Tribe. Two Rivers Resort Spoko Fuel is a great place to pick up your last minute snacks, ice, fuel, and propane. We also feature a Skipper’s restaurant menu. Grab a meal at Skipper’s or the new Two Rivers Resort Restaurant before hitting the water at Two Rivers Resort.
The Spokane Tribe of Indians owns and operates several tribal enterprises from convenience stores to gaming. The Spokane Tribal Headquarters is located in Wellpinit, Washington. Wellpinit is approximately 50 miles northwest of Spokane, Washington on the Spokane Indian Reservation. The Spokane Tribal enterprises are scattered throughout the Tribe’s ancestral homelands.
